I created a visualized book based on Japan. The book has a textbook-like feel to convey statistics about the country.
A combination of illustrative design and infographics was needed to represent an unbiased view of the data. I heavily focused on incorporating the Hinomaru (meaning circle of the sun) seen on the Japanese flag. I designed simple, yet eye-catching icons and infographics to create an easy but fun learning experience.
